Cream cheese stuffed chicken

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Deboned Chicken Breast
1 tablespoon Cream cheese
½ tablespoon Butter or Margarine
2 Strips of Bacon

PER SERVING

Pound chicken with meat mallet until quite flat. Place one tablespoon of cream cheese and one half tablespoon butter or margarine on chicken breast.

Roll up chicken and wrap in bacon strips. Place in baking pan. Leave uncovered. Bake in350 degrees F. oven for about 50 to 60 minutes. If you like your bacon crisp place under the broiler for a few minutes.
