Ingredients

¼cupWater
¼cupSour cream
¼cupButter -- small pieces
1Whole egg -- large
2cupsFlour -- bread
¼cupSugar
½teaspoonSalt
1packActive dry yeast

Directions

Combine ingredients in bread machine. Process in dough cycle. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 4-5 times; divide in half. Shape each portion into 9 rolls, and place in an 8-inch round pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place, (85degrees) free from drafts, 40 minutes or until double in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-to-12 minutes.
