Sour chicken

4Chicken breasts
600millilitresOil
4tablespoonsWater
5Cloves garlic; chopped
1tablespoonSoy sauce
2Limes; juice of
1tablespoonFish sauce; (optional) or extra
; salt to taste
1teaspoonSugar
2Red chillies; sliced finely

Directions

Cut each breast into 8 pieces.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then pour off oil.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer until tender. Pick out some of the garlic and discard.
