Sour chicken

| 5 | Cloves garlic; chopped | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |

| 1 | tablespoon | Fish sauce; (optional) or extra |
| ; salt to taste | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 2 | Red chillies; sliced finely | |
Directions
Cut each breast into 8 pieces.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then pour off oil.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer until tender. Pick out some of the garlic and discard.
