Sour chicken

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Chicken breasts
600 millilitres Oil
4 tablespoons Water
5 \N Cloves garlic; chopped
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 \N Limes; juice of
1 tablespoon Fish sauce; (optional) or extra
\N \N ; salt to taste
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 \N Red chillies; sliced finely

Cut each breast into 8 pieces.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then pour off oil.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer until tender. Pick out some of the garlic and discard.
