79⅔ gram Potassium Bicarbonate
56 grams Cornstarch
15 grams Tartaric Acid
112¼ gram Potassium Bitartrate

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Store in an airtight container. Use 1½ teaspoons of sodium free baking powder for each teaspoon of regular baking powder.
