2 \N 5 Oz. Sole Fillets
5 \N Mushrooms Chopped
2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
2 tablespoons Chopped Shallots
2 tablespoons Peeled & Chopped Tomatoes
½ cup Soave OR Dry White Wine
\N \N Salt & Pepper

Cover Bottom Of Baking Dish With Half The Tomatoes. Sprinkle With Half The Mushrooms, Parsley & Shallots. Lay The Fish Onn Top And Cover With The Rest Of The Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Shallots And Parsley.

Pour The Soave Over The Mixture. Sprinkle With Salt & Pepper And Bake At 350 Degrees For 30 Minutes.
