Snapper with garlic mayonnaise

1 | Lemon, cut in wedges | |
Vegetable oil | ||
⅔ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
2 | Cloves garlic, chopped |
Rinse fish under cold running water, pat dry. Place on large greased piece of foil. Sprinkle inside cavity with salt; place lemon wedges inside.
Brush outside of fish with oil. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, pepper, lemon juice and garlic; spread over outside of fish. Place another large piece of greased foil over fish and fold edges together to seal in fish.
Grill fish 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily when knife tip is inserted at back bone. Makes about 4 servings. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin.msn@...
