Snapper with garlic mayonnaise

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Whole red snapper (about 2 lbs.)
\N \N Salt
1 \N Lemon, cut in wedges
\N \N Vegetable oil
⅔ cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 \N Cloves garlic, chopped

Rinse fish under cold running water, pat dry. Place on large greased piece of foil. Sprinkle inside cavity with salt; place lemon wedges inside.

Brush outside of fish with oil. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, pepper, lemon juice and garlic; spread over outside of fish. Place another large piece of greased foil over fish and fold edges together to seal in fish.

Grill fish 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily when knife tip is inserted at back bone. Makes about 4 servings. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin.msn@...
