|2 teaspoons||Prepared mustard|
|4 ounces||Smoked salmon|
Blend cream cheese and mustard; spread part of mixture thinly on canape bases. Place piece of salmon on each canape, top with dot of remaining mixture, or if desired, pipe all the cream cheese mixture around base. Top each with a sprig of parsley.
