Smoked tagliatelle with hazelnuts

125gramsSkimmed-milk soft cheese; (4oz)
1150 gram car low-fat natural yoghurt; (5oz)
100gramsSmoked ham; chopped (3 1/2 oz)
50gramsShelled hazelnuts; chopped roughly
; (2oz)
2teaspoonsToasted sesame seeds; (optional)
Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and return to the warm pan.

Add the soft cheese, yoghurt, ham and hazelnuts, season and toss well to coat the tagliatelle thoroughly. Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle over the sesame seeds, if using.

Serve immediately.
