Smoked salmon, peas and bow ties

cupWater
½cupLow fat or skimmed milk
1tablespoonButter or margarine
3ouncesSmoked salmon; flaked (up to 4)
cupFrozen peas; defrosted
1largeGreen onion; sliced
Chives; to taste

Directions

Make Pasta as directed on pkg. using water, milk and margarine. When cooking time is finished. Stir in flaked smoked salmon and vegetables. Can serve with Parmesan cheese to pass. Makes 2 generous servings.
