Slow cooker cassoulet

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Carrots -- thinly sliced
1 pounds Ground turkey breast
16 ounces Can
9 ounces Package
½ cup Brown sugar -- firmly
\N \N Packed
½ cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard
\N \N Baked beans -- drained
\N \N Frozen green beans

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high setting for 1 hour; reduce heat to low setting. Continue to cook for at least four hours or up to 8 hours.

OVEN DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in 3 quart casserole. Cover; bake for 1½ hours or until vegetables are tender, stirring once after 20 minutes. Recipe By : MRSBOWLER
