Sledzie marynowane w smietanie - pickled herr

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Pickled herring, drained
1 large Onion, chopped
1 \N Garlic clove, crushed
6 \N Eggs, hardboiled, peeled and
\N \N Chopped
1 \N Apple, cored, chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 cup Sour cream
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Dill, fresh, chopped or use parsley

1. Cut herring into small cubes. Mix herring with onion, eggs, apple, and lemon juice. 2. Combine sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper; add to herring mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with dill or parsley. 3. Serve with rye bread.
