Shrimp stuffed mushrooms

Measure Ingredient
24 larges Mushroom Caps Stems Removed
1 cup Finely Chopped Cooked Shrimp
1 tablespoon Cracker Crumbs
1 tablespoon Minced Onion
1 tablespoon Minced Parsley
1 tablespoon Soft Butter
1 teaspoon Minced Tarragon
\N \N Salt
1 large Egg
\N \N Buttered Bread Crumbs

Mix the shrimp, cracker crumbs, onion,parsley, butter, tarragon, salt and egg together. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake in a 350øF oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
