2teaspoonsSesame seeds; toasted
1Stalk green onion; minced
1smallBunch Chinese parsley; minced
1Clove (small) garlic; minced
4tablespoonsShoyu
2tablespoonsCider vinegar
tablespoonSugar
1tablespoonToasted sesame seeds

Directions

MARINADE

DIPPING SAUCE

Mix marinade ingredients. Add shrimp to the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. Dip shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg. Fry in oil on medium heat until lightly brown.
