Shrimp egg foo young

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
½ cup Shrimp meat
2 tablespoons Minced onion
4 Beaten eggs
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Minced green onion
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 pinch Ginger
2 teaspoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Water

Heat oil in wok. Saute shrimp until pink. Remove. Saute onion until tender. Return shrimp to wok & stir in eggs. Fry. To prepare sauce combine all ingredients & whisk.
