Shiny frosting for eclairs and cream puffs

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ ounce Chocolate; (squares, melted, or envelopes)
¾ cup Confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon Corn syrup
Few grains of salt
2 tablespoons Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Put the chocolate, sugar, corn syrup, salt, cream, and butter in a saucepan. Stir over low heat. Allow the frosting to cook for a minute or two, then remove from the heat and add the vanilla.

Cool slightly, and frost the eclairs.

This will cover about 12 eclairs or cream puffs of average size.
