Sherry turkey tetrazzini

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pounds Ground turkey
1 can VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables (16 oz)
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (10.25 oz)
1 can Cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)
6 \N Servings of cooked spaghetti or pasta of your choice
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
¼ cup Sherry wine
1 cup Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oil and cook turkey.

2. Drain VEG-ALL; reserve liquid and combine with soups, milk and wine.

3. Add soup mixture to spaghetti and wix with turkey, vegetables, mushrooms and ¾ cup parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top.

4. Bake at 400'F. for 30 minutes.
