Campbell's turkey tetrazzini

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom
\N \N Soup(I use cream of potatoe)
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Grated parmasan
¼ cup Finely chopped onion
¼ cup Sour cream(you can use low
\N \N Fat sour cream
1½ cup Cooked turkey(or chicken),
\N \N Cubed
1 small Zucchini,cut in half length-
\N \N Wise and thinly sliced(about
\N \N A cup)I use 2 small zucchini
\N \N , makes it tastier!
1½ cup Cooked spaghetti(3 oz dry) I
\N \N Used spaghettini and it turn
\N \N Out better.

1. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, parmasan cheese, onion and sour cream. Stir in turkey and zucchini. Add spaghetti;toss gently to coat.

Spoon into 1-½ quart baking dish or casserole.

2. Bake at 375F. for 30 mins or until hot and bubbling. Serve with additional parmasan cheese if desired.
