Sherilyn's breakfast potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes; diced
Vegetable oil
Onion; diced
Garlic; minced
Tomato; diced
Jalapeno; minced
Jack cheese; shredded

Directions

Place a small amount of vegetable oil in skillet and saute potatoes until tender. Add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent. Add tomato and jalapeno. Cook until tomato is softened. Sprinkle with cheese.
