Shad with sorrel

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Shad fillets, boned --
\N \N Skinned
\N \N Salt -- to taste
\N \N White pepper -- to taste
¼ cup Dry white wine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ cup Chopped sorrel leaves
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter

PLACE SHAD IN A MEDIUM saute pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
