Shad with sorrel

Skinned
Salt -- to taste
White pepper -- to taste
¼cupDry white wine
1tablespoonLemon juice
¼cupChopped sorrel leaves
1tablespoonUnsalted butter

Directions

PLACE SHAD IN A MEDIUM saute pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
