1 pounds | Cottage cheese |
2 cups | Mashed potatoes |
½ cup | Sour cream |
2 \N | Eggs |
2 teaspoons | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
½ cup | Green onions; sliced |
3 tablespoons | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Put cottage cheese through food mill or blender to make it smooth. Beat mashed potatoes into cottage cheese. Beat in sour cream, eggs, salt & cayenne pepper. Stir in green onions. Spoon into pastry shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 until golden brown, about 50 minutes.
