Seven-minute white frosting

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Egg whites
1½ cup Sugar
1 dash Salt
⅓ cup Water
2 tablespoons Light corn syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler. Beat on high speed over rapidly boiling water until mixture stands in peak. Remove top of boiler from heat, add vanilla & beat. Spread over cooled cake. (Great frosting for a coconut cake.)
