Seven minute frosting

Yield: 1 batch

Measure Ingredient
⅞ cup White sugar
3 tablespoons Cold water
Squares melted bitter
Chocolate
1 Egg white, unbeaten
½ teaspoon Vanilla
OR
4½ tablespoon Cocoa

FOR CHOCOLATE

Beat sugar, water and egg white in upper part of double boiler.

Place over boiling water and beat seven minutes with egg beater.

Remove from fire and add vanilla.

For Chocolate version of frosting, and bitter chocolate or cocoa after removing from fire.
