Sesame seed powder
1 1/2 cups
Ingredients

| 4 | ounces | Sesame seeds |
| ½ | cup | Copra grated or shredded |
| 10 | Dried red chilies | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Asafoetida |
| 4 | teaspoons | Oil |
| Salt | ||
Directions
Fry sesame seeds, copra, chilies and asafoetida in oil for a few minutes until lightly browned. Grind to a coarse powder, adding salt to taste. Store in an airtight container. Serve with rice and gee.
Note: I don't know what copra is.
