Mushroom pita pizzas

2Pita; (6 inch) breads
1can(4 oz.) mushroom pieces; drained
1smallRed onion; thinly sliced
¼cupChopped green bell pepper
2teaspoonsDried basil leaves
1cupFinely shredded Mozzarella cheese
1tablespoonGrated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Split each pita bread around edges with knife to make 4 rounds. Place rounds cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheets.

Arrange mushrooms on rounds. Top with onion and pepper. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each round into 8 wedges. 8 servings.
