Yield: 4 Servings
|2||Pita; (6 inch) breads|
|1 can||(4 oz.) mushroom pieces; drained|
|1 small||Red onion; thinly sliced|
|¼ cup||Chopped green bell pepper|
|2 teaspoons||Dried basil leaves|
|1 cup||Finely shredded Mozzarella cheese|
|1 tablespoon||Grated Parmesan cheese|
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Split each pita bread around edges with knife to make 4 rounds. Place rounds cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheets.
Arrange mushrooms on rounds. Top with onion and pepper. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each round into 8 wedges. 8 servings.
