Seasoned egg batter

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Freshly grated Pecorino |
| Romano cheese | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Minced Italian parsley |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
In a small bowl whisk eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper vigorously until well blended. Use immediately as a batter for breaded meat or fish.
