Seafood artichoke fettucine

2Lobster tails, just the meat
2Artichoke hearts, cut in
8Mushrooms, slice
2ouncesOlive oil
2ouncesFlour
8ouncesLight cream
3ouncesRomano cheese, grated
2ouncesSnow or king crabmeat
8ouncesFettucine, cooked

Directions

Saute' shrimp, lobster tails, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in olive oil.

When the seafood is 75% cooked add flour; let cook three minutes and light cream, grated Romano cheese and crabmeat. Mix well Serve over cooked fettucine.
