Scrambled bambi with basil

Ingredients

4Eggs, well beaten
5Green onions, chopped
2packsRamen noodles
Basil (the spice, not the
Rat)
2tablespoonsCooking oil

Directions

Chop the green onion and keep the green tops in one pile, the white bottoms in another. Brown the venison in the oil (if needed) along with

the white bottom parts. Boil the noodles per the instructions, but don't add the seasoning packages. Drain the noodles. Mix the eggs, the green onion tops, one package of the seasonings and the basil.

Stir fry the drained noodles into the browned venison; aftr 4 or 5 minutes add the egg mixture and cook until firm. Serves 3 or 4.
