Scalloped potatoes no. 5

Measure Ingredient
1 can Cream of celery or mushroom soup
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
4 cups Potatoes, sliced
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded dash of paprika
¼ cup Milk
⅛ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Margarine

Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper into a Pam sprayed 1½ quart shallow baking dish. Arrange alternate layers of onion, potatoes, cheese and soup mixture. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake another `15 minutes until done. Serves 4-6.
