1 can | Cream of celery or mushroom soup |
⅛ teaspoon | Black pepper |
4 cups | Potatoes, sliced |
1 cup | Cheddar Cheese, shredded dash of paprika |
¼ cup | Milk |
⅛ teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Onion, sliced |
1 tablespoon | Margarine |
Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper into a Pam sprayed 1½ quart shallow baking dish. Arrange alternate layers of onion, potatoes, cheese and soup mixture. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake another `15 minutes until done. Serves 4-6.
