Scalloped potatoes no. 5

1canCream of celery or mushroom soup
teaspoonBlack pepper
4cupsPotatoes, sliced
1cupCheddar Cheese, shredded dash of paprika
¼cupMilk
teaspoonSalt
½cupOnion, sliced
1tablespoonMargarine

Directions

Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper into a Pam sprayed 1½ quart shallow baking dish. Arrange alternate layers of onion, potatoes, cheese and soup mixture. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake another `15 minutes until done. Serves 4-6.
