Savoy cabbage with smoked bacon and shiitake mushrooms

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ ounce Medium diced smoked bacon
½ tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 ounce Sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 teaspoon Minced shallots
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Fresh ground pepper to taste
3 ounces Cabbage leaves
½ teaspoon White vinegar
1 teaspoon Butter; (optional)
1 teaspoon Sliced chives

Heat a saucepan over a high heat. Add the bacon, toss until lightly brown.

Add the oil, then the mushrooms, toss until lightly brown, add the shallots and season to taste. Add the cabbage leaves, toss the vinegar. Add the vinegar. Add the butter (optional). Adjust the seasoning. Then add chives-serve immediately.
