1 ounce | Sliced shiitake mushrooms |
1 teaspoon | Minced shallots |

3 ounces | Cabbage leaves |
½ teaspoon | White vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Butter; (optional) |
1 teaspoon | Sliced chives |
Heat a saucepan over a high heat. Add the bacon, toss until lightly brown.
Add the oil, then the mushrooms, toss until lightly brown, add the shallots and season to taste. Add the cabbage leaves, toss the vinegar. Add the vinegar. Add the butter (optional). Adjust the seasoning. Then add chives-serve immediately.
