Savory tofu sauce (vegan) for pasta

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Firm tofu
¾ Cp vegetable stock/water
¼ Cp canola/safflower oil
2 tablespoons Tamari
2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast flakes
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh basil (1 tsp
Dried)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove (peeled)
