Tofu & peanut sauce

Ingredients

¼cupPeanut butter
14ouncesTofu
1cup;water or unseasoned veggie broth
1Garlic clove (or more)
3tablespoonsTamari
pinchCayenne or your favorite hot sauce (optional)

Directions

In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra water.

Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over mediumheat until it is thoroughly heated.

Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice, or over pasta.
