|¼ cup||Peanut butter|
|1 cup||;water or unseasoned veggie broth|
|1 \N||Garlic clove (or more)|
|\N pinch||Cayenne or your favorite hot sauce (optional)|
In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra water.
Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over mediumheat until it is thoroughly heated.
Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice, or over pasta.
