2 teaspoons | Toasted sesame tahini (sesame seed paste) |
2 teaspoons | Low-sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | Honey |
2 tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
½ teaspoon | Granulated sugar |
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, along with 1 tablespoon of water. Puree to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator for several days. Spoon about 1 tablespoon over each side-dish vegetable serving.
Good over steamed broccoli, cooked bulgur wheat.
