Sauteed spinach & red peppers

| 2 | eaches | Garlic cloves, sliced | 
| 1 | pinch | Crushed red pepper flakes | 
| 8 | cups | Steamed rinsed spinach | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt | 
Directions
* Seed bell peppers and cut into strips. ** Do not dry spinach. 
1.  In large skillet, heat oil.  Add bell pepers, garlic, and pepper flakes.  Cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes. 
2.  Add spinach, with water still clinging to the leaves to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt.  Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 
Each half cup serving provides: ½ FA and 2V.
