Sauteed scallops w/feta

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ large Onion
1½ \N Green peppers
2 ounces Butter
16 ounces Lg sea scallops
2 \N Jalepeno peppers, sliced
½ cup Mozzarella
½ cup Feta cheese
½ cup White wine
1 pinch Garlic
\N \N Salt
\N \N Chili powder

Saute onion, bell peppers, jalepenos and sea scallops in butter until soft. Add ½ c of white wine and steam. Cover for 45 seconds.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta. Add pinches of garlic, salt and chili powder and let simmer until cheeses melt. Serve over rice.
