Sauteed dandelion blossoms

2cupsDandelion blossoms
cupCracker crumbs
1Egg, beaten
2tablespoonsMilk

Directions

Combine egg and milk. Dip flowers first into egg mixture, then into cracker crumbs. Saute in oil for one minute on each side. Serve hot.

Serves 3 or 4.
