Saucy baked chicken w/ herb biscuits - jean ramsay

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pack Onion soup mix (1 envelope)
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 cup Water
6 \N Chicken Breasts, cut in half
2½ cup Bisquick original baking mix
⅔ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes, dried

Heat oven to 400 degrees f. Mix onion soup mix, can soup and water in a 13x9x2 ungreased pan. Add chicken, skin side up, make sure chicken is covered with the soup mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for just one hour.

Mix remaining ingredients until a soft dough forms. Drop by large spoonful onto chicken and gravy. Makes about 12 biscuits.

Return to oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until biscuits are a light golden brown.
