Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken breasts, lean pork
\N \N Beef or ham sliced t
3 \N Cloves minced garlic
½ \N Onion minced
2 teaspoons Minced cilantro
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 \N Juice one lime
1 tablespoon NAM PLA (fish sauce)
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
\N \N Peanut Butter Sauce Recipe

Thread meat on to 12-inch bamboo skewers, placing several strips on each of the 16 skewers. Combine the garlic, onion, cilantro,brown sugar, lime juice, fish sauce and vegetable oil in a bowl. Pour over the skewers and marinate for 1 hour. Heat barbeque coals until hot, or preheat a broiler. Place the skewers on grill or broiler rack and cook until done as desired.
