3eachesGarlic cloves, diced fine

2cupsGreen Bell peppers, chopped
3eachesJalapenos, cored, seeded, & diced
1tablespoonCayenne pepper flakes
2cupsTomatos, stewed & chopped
cupTomato sauce
¾cupTomato paste
2tablespoonsCorn oil
3tablespoonsCumin freshly ground
1teaspoonSesame oil
1tablespoonMexican oregano

Directions

Heat oil in a large heavy pot or cast iron Dutch oven. Add meat, onions, garlic, and Bell peppers. Cook until onions are transluscent.

Add the beer, tomatos, tomato sauce, spices, peppers, and sesame oil.
