Sanely mashed potatoes with garlic and parmes

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Russet potatoes -- baked
1 tablespoon Chicken broth -- Swanson
¼ teaspoon Crushed garlic -- Trader
\N \N Joe's
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese --
\N \N Non-fat
\N \N Pepper

Bake the potato, dry method (Microwave 1 minute shy of done, let cool, wrapped in towel). Remove potato from its skin. Lightly mash with fork as you add remaining ingredients. Add up to 1 more tablespoon of broth, if needed.
