Salsa pinwheels

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cream Cheese
½ cup Thick And Chunky Salsa
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro; Finely Chopped
6 \N Whole Wheat Tortillas
6 slices Smoked Turkey Breasts; Thinly Sliced

Soften cheese and then stir in salsa and cilantro, blending well. Spread about ¼ cup filling over each tortilla. Top with a slice of smoked turkey and roll up fairly tightly. Wrap each tortilla roll separately in plastic wrap and place, seam side down, in the freezer for about 5 minutes, until firm enough to slice. Cut into 1" slices and arrange the pinwheels on a platter.
