Yield: 6 Servings
|8 ounces||Cream Cheese|
|½ cup||Thick And Chunky Salsa|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh Cilantro; Finely Chopped|
|6 \N||Whole Wheat Tortillas|
|6 slices||Smoked Turkey Breasts; Thinly Sliced|
Soften cheese and then stir in salsa and cilantro, blending well. Spread about ¼ cup filling over each tortilla. Top with a slice of smoked turkey and roll up fairly tightly. Wrap each tortilla roll separately in plastic wrap and place, seam side down, in the freezer for about 5 minutes, until firm enough to slice. Cut into 1" slices and arrange the pinwheels on a platter.
