Yield: 6 servings
|6 \N||Green lasagna noodles|
|2 tablespoons||Lowfat buttermilk or skim milk|
|6 \N||(3oz) slamon fillets|
|1 cup||Marinara sauce (seperate recipe)|
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook noodles until tender but firm. Drain. Mix milk with Marinara sauce and pour ¼ cup on bottom of a baking dish.
Place 1 fillet in center of 1 cooked noodle and roll up. Place roll in sauce, seam side down. Repeat with remaining fillets and noodles.
cover rolls with remaining sauce. Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and fish is cooked. Makes 6 servings.
Variation: Add 1 tablespoon chopped spinach to center of lasagna with salmon.
