Salmon suprise^

Ingredients

6Green lasagna noodles
2tablespoonsLowfat buttermilk or skim milk
6(3oz) slamon fillets
1cupMarinara sauce (seperate recipe)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook noodles until tender but firm. Drain. Mix milk with Marinara sauce and pour ¼ cup on bottom of a baking dish.

Place 1 fillet in center of 1 cooked noodle and roll up. Place roll in sauce, seam side down. Repeat with remaining fillets and noodles.

cover rolls with remaining sauce. Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and fish is cooked. Makes 6 servings.

Variation: Add 1 tablespoon chopped spinach to center of lasagna with salmon.
