Royal hot chocolate jb

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
21-oz squares unsweetened baking chocolate
114-oz can sweetened condensed milk
4cupsBoiling water
1teaspoonVanilla extract
Speck of salt
Garnish: whipped cream and Ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions

In the top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, melt the chocolate. Whisk in the condensed milk. Gradually add the boiling water, stirring until well blended, then add the vanilla and salt. Transfer to a thermos bottle or drink immediately. Garnish whith whipped cream and cinnamon if desired.
