Roux baked

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Baked Roux
3 cups Flour
3 cups Vegetable oil

Mix the flour and oil in an iron skillet or heavy ovenproof container. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 1½ to 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. The color determines the doneness. Cool before storing. May be frozen.
