Put a large pot of water on to boil. Drop the pasta into boiling water and cook according to the package directions. Drain and rinse. Meanwhile, combine the soy sauce, sherry, 2 Tbspw ater, the lemon juice, honey and cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside.
Place onion and ¼ cup water in a nonstick frying pan. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Stir in the sauce mixture. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add the pasta. Toss until well coated.
Place the greens in a large bowl. Add the pasta mixture and toss to mix.
