Pasta shells with greens

Ingredients

3cupsSpicy greens: arugula or
Cress coarse chopped
2cupsFresh spinach leaves
2cupsSmall shell pasta
3Cloves garlic thin sliced
Red pepper flakes
6ouncesRicotta cheese
4ouncesGrated parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Directions

Saute garlic and dried red pepper flakes to taste in saute pan with a bit of olive oil. when pasta is done cooking, toss into pan to coat. Stir in the greens and then add and stir in the cheese mixture.

Season to taste. Again serve with crusty bread and a salad.
