Rosemary roasted onions

| 6 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced fresh rosemary |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large roasting pan. Bake at 400f, stirring occasionally, 1 hour and
