| 1.00 | quart | Rum; brandy or whiskey |
| 2.00 | quart | Cream |
| 1.00 | quart | Milk |

Directions
Combine egg yolks and sugar, beating well. Add liquor, beating well.
Add eg g whites and salt to mixture. Beat until stiff. Fold into liquid. Makes 5 Q uarts.
