Robert mitchum's eggnog

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12.00 Eggs; separated
1.00 pounds Confectioner's sugar
1.00 quart Rum; brandy or whiskey
2.00 quart Cream
1.00 quart Milk
½ teaspoon Salt

Combine egg yolks and sugar, beating well. Add liquor, beating well.

Add eg g whites and salt to mixture. Beat until stiff. Fold into liquid. Makes 5 Q uarts.
