Roasted shallot and turkey pizza

12Inch thin crust pizza shell (homemade or commercial)
cupOr antipasto
poundsShredded cooked turkey
½cupSliced black olives
cupSliced fresh mushrooms
1tablespoonFresh tarragon, chopped
Coarse black pepper
1cupGrated mozzarella cheese
1cupMonterey jack, grated

Directions

Preheat oven for 450F. Pinch off root ends of shallots and squeeze out of the skin. Spread the antipasto over pizza shell. Sprinkle the shallots, olives, turkey, mushrooms and tarragon on top of antipasto.

Grated pepper over top, and then cover with cheeses. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and a nice golden brown color.
