2Red bell peppers; roast, seed, peel,
; and julienne
1bunchOregano; leaves only, roughly chop
½cupGreen olives; pit, roughly chop
2tablespoonsOlive oil
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonFreshly-ground black pepper

Directions

Mix together the red pepper strips, oregano, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and reserve. Use as a garnish for salads.
