Roasted olives

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Black and green olives
\N \N Zest from 1 small orange
\N \N Leaves from 1 large sprig rosemary
1½ tablespoon Extravirgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof bowl.
